Sonya entered the residential mortgage profession with over 15 years of expertise in NYC and Hawaii real estate. Sonya grew up in Westchester County, NY and have a BA in International Studies. She has
traveled to 20 countries so far and even lived in Asia for a few years. She enjoys experiencing various cultures, food, languages and developed a passion for learning about people and helping them achieve their goals. Beyond my professional career, Olivia is deeply involved in community outreach. She has supported several non-profit organizations and previously led a local non-profit in the California community where she resides. Giving back and empowering others has always been at the core of her values.
Olivia is also a proud mother of two adult sons and a devoted dog lover. Family, compassion, and integrity guides everything she does - both personally and professionally.

Olivia began my career in 2000 in the Title Insurance industry, where she developed a strong foundation in contracts, compliance, and ensuring smooth closings. In 2012, she earned her real estate license, and in 2014, she became a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer — allowing her to combine industry insight with personalized lending strategies to support clients at every step of their journey.
In 2024, she proudly graduated from Purdue Global University with a Bachelor of Science in Professional Studies – Leadership, further strengthening her commitment to professional excellence, communication, and service-driven guidance.

Jennifer Alegre
Jennifer is a dedicated Mortgage Loan Officer driven by a genuine commitment to helping others succeed in their homeownership journey. While relatively new to the broker side of the industry, Jennifer brings 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator at Navy Federal Credit Union. Prior to Navy Federal, she also worked at Service Credit Union in Germany and Desert Schools Federal Credit Union in Arizona, totaling over 10 years of banking and customer service experience. Throughout her career, Jennifer has gained valuable experience in originating and processing a variety of loan products, always with a focus on outstanding customer service and personalized care.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys creating lasting memories with family and friends, traveling, going to the movies, and experiencing new restaurants and outdoor activities.
Jennifer was born and raised in the beautiful mountains of Northern Arizona and currently resides on the Island of Oahu in Hawaii with her family. As a Military Spouse and mother to 3 young children, she understands the importance of resiliency, efficiency, and clear communication and strives to make those qualities a top priority in her work. Jennifer values her clients' time and is committed to ensuring a smooth, streamlined process from start to finish.

Alexis De La Paz
My name is Alexis De La Paz, I was born and raised in Passaic, New Jersey. I’m currently a resident of Hawaii and have been here since 2008. I have had the privilege to serve the United States Army as a Chief Warrant Officer for 20 years, navigating through a plethora of situations. Those experiences have allowed me to gain a few attributes such as being adaptable, decisive, analytical, and a team player among many other things.
I hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), A Bachelor’s degree also in Business Administration (BSBA), I’m a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, and I hold a wide variety of leadership development courses completed through the military.
I look forward to entering this new and exciting industry with a goal of touching lives in one with the most exciting decisions of their lives.

He is a Certified Veterans Loan Specialist (CVLS) with the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB).

Rick Yniguez is the Executive Director for Home Loan Headquarters. He was born and raised in Los Angeles, California and has been a resident of Hawaii for over two decades. He entered the residential mortgage profession in 2019 and previously served 23 years in the United States Army, where he operated in countless strategic assignments and critical organizational environments. Rick’s management experience in the mortgage industry consists of a Program Director, two Branch Manager positions, and most recently as a Hawaii Area Manager.
Rick holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Quality Management (MBA-QM), a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BSBA) and a wide variety of leadership, professional development, and operational course completions.
