Our Vision

The passion of creating a positive impact on the community has now flourished into a non-profit organization providing FREE financial literacy education, professional development, business development, community programs and local culture ambassadorship throughout the entire state of Hawai’i.

Financial Literacy Education
HIPPE’s Free Community Education Program is our priority #1 goal - to
share our knowledge, and the knowledge attained by career-leading
experts, to shape the people of Hawai’i into not only financially educated
people; but also transforming them into strong homebuyers and confident
investors. Our volunteer education is FREE to all. No matter where you
come from, there is always an ability to do more, earn more and be more.
It all starts with understanding how to make your money work for you.

Empowering the Community
HIPPE's Local Community Impact Program supports local and military
Hawai’i communities in joint projects to promote multilateral
understanding of each community for overall public understanding and
cultural enrichment. HIPPE’s efforts are supported by our strategic 501(c)
(3) nonprofit organization partners of Nā Mea ‘Ike ‘Ia, Hawaii Sergeant
Audie Murphy Club, Ho’Ohāhua Initiative, Kanaka Economic
Development Alliance, Oahu Intertribal Council, VFW, and many others.

Transition Support and Hawai’i Cultural Enrichment
HIPPE’s Relocation Sponsorship Program is a resource to those inbound to
Hawai’i. For military, we serve as an extension to your Military
Sponsorship Program. For everyone in general, we provide cultural
understanding from community leaders and our Panel of Experts to assist
in your arrival and stay on the islands. 

Shaping Real Estate Industry Professionals

The Career Opportunities in Real Estate (CORE) Program a program that instructs on how to get started successfully in a Billion Dollar Industry as a real estate agent and mortgage loan originator.  Participants can discover how their attained skills can maximize their potential and stand out among others with field-tested strategies.
